"Unscrupulous Company - Be warned!"

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ELEPHANT STOCK! SHADY BUSINESS! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED! I purchased a $300 framed print and it arrived with a damaged frame (Order# 763262). I requested a return for refund and they sent me an email saying I would be refunded and did not have to return the item. Wow, great, right?! Elephant Stock then sent another email saying they were sorry I had a bad experience and asked what they could do to make it right. I responded that they can send me a return label and refund my money. They then sent me another email offering me a 25% off coupon code. (This in itself was insulting because their website was offering a 30% off coupon codes that weekend). Talk about slimy! I rejected that offer and asked again for a return label and full refund. They did not respond! The following day I emailed them and told them I was still waiting for the return label. They responded with a credit notification of 25% of the purchase price. I told them that this was unacceptable and got no response. Now I have to file a complaint with my credit card company, and file reports with the FTC, the Texas Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau. I can't believe a company could be so unscrupulous and I need to go through all this!

"Looks just like the photos"
I ordered a wall art print from Elephant Stock and it showed up looking pretty much just like it did online. The colors, size, and layout were all accurate, so there werent any weird surprises when I opened it.
I was a little worried it might look different in person, but it matched my order really well. Im happy with how it turned out.

I ended up having to return a canvas because I picked the wrong size, i was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle. Thankfully, it was way more straightforward than I thought.

I emailed their support team, heard back the next day, and they walked me through exactly what to do. Once they received the return, my refund came through a few days later without me having to chase anyone.

If you’re ordering, I’d still double-check your sizing before buying, but it’s good to know the return process isn’t stressful if something goes wrong. Fair experience overall, and I’d feel comfortable ordering again

I don’t usually buy into all the slick “seamless shopping experience” stuff companies like to say, but this was genuinely simple. I found what I needed quickly, and checkout didn’t make me jump through a bunch of annoying steps

"I got my canvas last week it came..."
I got my canvas last week it came out really nice. The print quality looks good, and the colors are clear, though maybe just a touch darker than what I saw on my screen. That could also be my monitor settings, who knows, I’ve been meaning to adjust that thing forever but always end up forgetting. Anyway, once I hung it up on the wall, it looked great and really pulled the room together.

"Shipping was quick, even if the estimate was off"
I ordered from ElephantStock and the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got updates along the way, which was nice, and the package arrived in good shape. It did show up maybe a day later than the first estimate, so whoever runs this should probably tighten that part up a bit, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here.

Is the customs duty paid by the courier when you ship it to india from us and who is the courier for elephant stock?

Is elephantstock a scam or a legit company?

Does anyone from cust svc ever answer or call back? i've called 3 times & left 2 v/m's but no response.

Are there other similar companies to elephantstock that are less expensive or better?

I placed an order on 5/4 and have received 1 email after i reached out telling me that it would be shipped the following mon or tue but still nothing.
